Meal prep that survives a real week

mealprep.blog is for people who want to cook once and stop thinking about food until Thursday.

What every recipe tells you

  • The estimated cost per serving.
  • How many days it keeps in the fridge, and whether it freezes.
  • How to reheat it so it still tastes good on day four.
  • Protein, calories, carbs and fat per serving, as estimates.

How the tools work

The recipe generator compares the ingredients you select with the main ingredients of each recipe on this site and ranks them by how much you already have. The week planner adds up the ingredients for everything you schedule into one shopping list.

Your data

Without an account, your saved recipes, plan and shopping list stay in your browser on this device and are not sent to our server.

If you create an account, we store your name, your email address and your saved recipes, plan and shopping list, so they follow you between devices. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google and nothing else. You can delete your account and all of that data at any time from your account page.

If you join the email list, we store your email address so we can send you the weekly plan.

Food safety

Storage times follow general food safety guidance: three to four days in the fridge for most cooked food, at 40°F (4°C) or colder. When something looks or smells wrong, throw it away.
